Forklift Battery Retrofit · LiFePO4

Keep the truck. Replace the battery.

MGTener packs drop into the compartment your lead-acid battery came out of — same footprint, a fraction of the maintenance, and charging whenever the truck breaks for lunch. Every order starts with a fit check against your truck, not a pick off a catalogue page — and the final configuration is confirmed in writing before production.

Actual MGTener production pack. Finishes and connectors configured per truck.

Battery Lineup

Four voltage classes. Sixteen models. One decision left: yours.

Every model below is an approved production design — dimensions, weight and connectors come straight from the released engineering drawings, and each product page carries that drawing.

Why Fleets Switch

The case for lithium, without the sales fog

01

One battery does the whole shift

Higher usable capacity means most single-shift and many multi-shift operations stop swapping batteries altogether — no change-out station, no second set of batteries.

02

Charge on breaks

Opportunity charging tops the pack up during lunch. No cool-down, no equalize cycle, no watering schedule to forget.

03

Lower cost per shift over 5 years

Ask us for a side-by-side five-year cost sheet for your fleet: battery purchases, watering labor, charging energy and change-out time.

04

No maintenance labor

Sealed LiFePO4 packs. Your techs never add water or clean corrosion again.

05

Fit checked before you buy

Compartment, weight and connector checked against your truck model. A proposal and price range reach you within 24 hours; the final fit is confirmed in writing once you approve it. If it doesn't fit, we say so first.

06

Built on an automotive supply chain

CATL prismatic cells, automated module lines and 100% end-of-line pack testing — the same discipline as EV battery manufacturing.

The full case — including the trade-offs

Battery pack assembly line

How It's Built

A battery factory, not an assembly bench

Automated module lines, laser welding, robotic handling and an automated storage & retrieval system for cells — with cell-level inspection before any module is built.

  • Cell incoming inspection and sorting
  • Automated module assembly and laser welding
  • BDU and pack assembly under ESD control
  • 100% end-of-line functional testing and commissioning

Side heating battery module for cold storage operations

Cold Storage

Cold rooms are a planning question, not a deal-breaker

Lithium batteries have charging temperature limits — any honest supplier will tell you that. We plan around it: heating modules are available for select models, and for deep-freeze operations we help you design a two-battery rotation so one pack charges in ambient while the other works the cold room.

  • Side-heating module option on select models
  • Two-pack rotation plan for freezer operations
  • Charging-location guidance before you buy

Discuss Your Cold Room

We start with your truck, not our catalog.

Tell us what you run. Within 24 hours you get a proposed pack, an indicative price range and an honest note on what still needs checking — from an engineer, not a chatbot.

1Send truck model or compartment dimensions.
2We match voltage, capacity and connectors to your duty cycle.
3Proposal and price range within 24 hours.

Start your fit check

Two minutes to send. The truck model is all we need to start — the rest is optional and lives in the same form.

  • Truck make & model — one model is enough, or a photo of the data plate
  • What you need — a quote, a cost comparison, a fit check, or just a question
  • If you have them — compartment, connector, capacity, shifts, fleet size
