Built in a real battery factory

MGTener packs are manufactured on automotive-grade battery production lines — automated module assembly, laser welding, robotic handling and full end-of-line testing. Here's where your battery comes from.

Quality & Testing

Nothing ships on hope

Cells are inspected and sorted before assembly. Modules are welded and torqued to spec on automated lines. Every finished pack is functionally tested and commissioned before it leaves the floor.

Technician commissioning a battery pack

End-of-line testing, every pack

  • Cell-level incoming inspection and capacity sorting
  • Automated laser welding with weld verification
  • BDU functional test before pack integration
  • Full-pack charge/discharge commissioning test

Engineering that starts from your truck

Our pack designs are not catalog adaptations — each model is drawn against real truck battery compartments, verified in CAD and released on controlled engineering drawings. The same drawings we publish on this site.

  • In-house mechanical, electrical and BMS engineering
  • Custom compartment adaptations when a standard model doesn't fit
