Warranty
Warranty, in plain terms.
Six years or 12,000 hours on the pack, two years on components, and a claims process with named time limits. The full statement ships as a PDF with every order confirmation and governs — this page is the honest summary.
What is covered, and for how long
Period starts on the date of sale to the end customer. Hours are cumulative service hours recorded by the BMS. Whichever limit comes first ends the period.
72 months or 12,000 hours
Cells and BMS included. With normal use and standard maintenance, the pack delivers at least 75% of its rated capacity at the end of the period. Whichever comes first: 6 years from sale, or 12,000 cumulative service hours.
24 months
DC-DC converters, contactors, relays, high- and low-voltage connectors and harnesses. Original factory standard quality assurance throughout.
Up to 120 months for cells
For fleets that plan to run a pack well past six years. Priced per kWh and quoted per project at order time — ask for it with your quotation.
How a claim works
Two named time limits, in writing. No ticket queues, no “we will get back to you”.
What is not covered
The short version. The PDF states every case in full.
- Improper installation — loose terminals, wrong cable gauge, incorrect series-parallel wiring, reversed polarity.
- Environment & storage — extreme heat or cold outside the rated range, fire, freezing, water immersion, or long-term storage below 50% charge.
- Improper use & charging — uncertified chargers or wrong charging methods, sustained over- or under-charging, no charge for more than 3 months, discharge beyond the rated current, non-designated use such as repeated engine starting.
- Unauthorized work — disassembly, modification, or parameter changes without our written approval.
- Accidents — collision, external impact, or repeated unprotected terminal contact with salt water.
- Normal wear — consumable parts past 24 months, such as control panel relays.
The fair limits
- What we owe you, at most: repair or replacement of the faulty product or component. That is the whole liability, and it is the same cap every major manufacturer uses.
- What nobody covers: indirect losses — lost profits, downtime, substitute equipment. We do not pretend otherwise.
- What governs: the warranty statement PDF issued with your order confirmation. If this page and that document ever differ, the document wins — and we will update this page.

Warranty question?
Two minutes to send. The truck model is all we need to start — the rest is optional and lives in the same form.
- Truck make & model — one model is enough, or a photo of the data plate
- What you need — a quote, a cost comparison, a fit check, or just a question
- If you have them — compartment, connector, capacity, shifts, fleet size
First reply within 24 hours: a proposed model, an indicative price range, and the points we still need to check with you.
